What We Do

Our work starts with what leaders and organizations are actually facing. From there, we shape keynotes and workshops, executive coaching and advisory, and leadership team retreats around what they need to work through, strengthen or do differently.

Keynotes

Franc Godri speaks on the science of choice. He explores what happens when pressure starts choosing for us and how leaders can keep choice available when pressure rises. His keynotes combine practical insight, stories, and audience interaction to create experiences that challenge how people see the situations they face and what they choose to do next.

Our Workshops

Our workshops start with the situations leaders and teams are facing today, drawing on RPL's proprietary systems and practical tools to explore what's happening and build capabilities they can use when needed.

Too much keeps coming back to me

Decisions slow down. Issues move up. Leaders wait for direction, and more decisions find their way to the top. Over time, a small number of people become the answer to too many questions.

Important things aren't being said

People see the issue, but hesitate to raise it. Difficult conversations get delayed, disagreement moves outside the room, and important information arrives after it could have made a difference.

When knowing isn't enough

Knowing that you should listen, delegate, challenge, stay curious, or have the difficult conversation is one thing. Knowing what to say or do when the situation is actually in front of you is another.

Executive Coaching and Advisory

Some things need more focused attention. Our coaching and advisory work focuses on the leaderwhat they're navigating, working toward, and where they want to become more capable.

Executive Team Retreats

Some conversations need more room than the regular meeting allows.

Our executive team retreats give leadership teams the space

and structure to step away from the day-to-day and focus on

the conversations, decisions and challenges that deserve their collective attention.

Focus on what matters now
Every retreat is shaped around what the team is actually facing: an important decision, a transition, recurring friction, how the team works together, or something they want to strengthen.

Give important issues the attention they deserve
Away from the normal rhythm of the business, teams can raise what they see, challenge assumptions, hear different perspectives, and work through issues that can be difficult to address day to day.

Bring the work back with you
The value of a retreat isn't only what happens in the room. It's what becomes clearer, gets decided, or changes in what the team does afterward.
