Red Page Leadership is an evolution from primarily specializing in individual executive coaching to adopting a holistic approach to leadership development.
We now integrate the latest neuroscience, psychology, and adult learning into a proven framework and deliver the teaching and skills activation through live and virtual sessions elevating the success of our clients.
Our Story
Red Page Leadership was founded by Franc Godri with a vision of creating meaningful community impact by combining the power of neuroscience with integrated frameworks and powerful skill sets, which transform the "being" and "doing" of leadership.
Our “why” is to positively impact the world by partnering with organizational leaders and helping them activate the most effective mindsets and skills to forge the positive impacts and outcomes they desire.

The Journey
Franc possesses a remarkable talent for connecting with individuals and helping them discover their leadership potential, drawing from his own triumphs and failures as an organizational leader. Born in Montreal and raised between Quebec and Georgia, his formative years included invaluable wilderness lessons from his mentor Mr. Van Herk. After graduating from Royal Military College, Franc flew helicopters both in military service and civilian air ambulance operations before transitioning to a 20-year career in financial services. His interest in neuroscience, sparked by his daughter's learning challenges, evolved into a mission to share neuroscience through specific mindsets and skills for effective leadership. As founder of Red Page Leadership, Franc remains guided by those early mountain lessons. He regularly speaks at conferences, facilitates accelerator forum communities, and coaches leaders on impactful mindset science and skills - equipping leaders with powerful tools to reach their chosen mountain tops.
